COVID-19 and The Source Physiotherapy

Please note that The Source Physiotherapy will remain open for individual, one-on-one appointments. All care is being taken to maintain a sanitised and healthy environment but you are required to wear a mask and check-in as soon as you enter the premises. PLEASE bring two towels to your session. Arrive (alone if feasible) as close to your designated appointment time as possible. If you are experiencing any of the signs and symptoms of COVID – a temperature, dry cough, tiredness, loss of taste or smell, sore throat or headache – please DO NOT ATTEND for treatment, but let us know with as much warning as possible, or you may be charged for non-attendance.
